Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their automotive needs through active listening and engaging conversation Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options confidently to prospective buyers Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling, follow-up calls, and outreach to potential clients Upsell additional products or services such as extended warranties, accessories, or service packages to maximize sales opportunities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software and update inventory management systems regularly Collaborate with the sales support team to organize marketing campaigns, promotional events, and public speaking engagements to attract new customers Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions, both in person and over the phone Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automobile features and benefits Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Proficiency with CRM software, inventory control systems, and retail math for accurate deal calculations Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline Experience in dealership operations, inventory management, and outbound calling strategies is preferred Exceptional customer service orientation paired with effective public speaking skills for promotional activities Join us as an Automotive Salesperson and be part of a fast-paced team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive experiences.
