Salary Range:
$48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Requirements Current Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain both) High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred. Proven success in sales or leadership roles is highly valued. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow within the insurance industry. Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses and pursue professional development. Strong integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities Work full-time in the office to generate quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close new business. Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through networking, referrals, and agency-provided leads. Help clients understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options that add value and peace of mind. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships that drive client satisfaction and retention. Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up to ensure an exceptional client experience. Collaborate with experienced agents to sharpen your sales techniques and expand your product expertise.
