Summary In the role of Copier & Office Furniture Sales Rep, you will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on negotiating deals and providing exceptional customer service. Utilizing your core skills in sales and negotiation, along with premium skills in business development and account management, you will engage in outside sales efforts to expand our B2B client base. Your relevant experience in retail sales and product demonstrations will be vital in showcasing our offerings and achieving sales targets. Join us to make a significant impact in a thriving market. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their copier and office furniture needs. Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations, to generate new business. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers while ensuring high levels of customer service. Manage accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that drive business growth.
