That's where you come in. We aren't looking for a pushy car salesperson to hover over clients on a showroom floor. We want a high-energy, relationship-driven, consultative pro who can talk hull design over a cup of coffee and handle a high-speed water demo with confidence. You'll guide clients through the entire journey—from choosing custom upholstery colors to the epic "hand-over-the-keys" delivery day. What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff)
Making Content Pop:
Taking high-quality photos and videos of our gorgeous inventory, writing engaging listings, and showcasing our boats across social media, Facebook Marketplace, and digital platforms to make sure our inventory stands out online. Making "Work"
Look Like Fun:
Hosting VIP client events, crushing it at boat shows, and networking with people who love the lake as much as you do.
Talking Shop:
Becoming an absolute expert on our boat lines, premium builds, onboard tech, and what makes our brands superior.
The Ultimate Test Drives:
Conducting safe, exciting, and professional water demos to show clients exactly what these vessels can do.
Dream Building:
Guiding buyers through the fun process of customizing their dream boat, from engine specs to audio packages. Sealing the
Deal:
Managing the sales process smoothly from initial hello to trade-ins, financing, and delivery.
Staying Connected:
Keeping your CRM dialed in so no client or hot lead ever feels forgotten.
Who You Are A Relationship Champion:
You have 3+ years of experience killing it in high-ticket sales (boats, luxury cars, high-end real estate, or premium lifestyle goods).
Boat-fluent:
You know your way around a boat. If you can confidently back a trailer, talk propulsion, or explain a wake hull, you're already ahead of the pack.
High EQ, Low Ego:
You can converse effortlessly with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and families alike. You're a great listener who figures out what a client actually needs before making a recommendation.
A Weekend Warrior:
The boat business is a weekend business. Flexibility to work Saturdays and attend regional boat shows and/or evening VIP events is required.
Licensed & Ready:
Clean driving record and a passion for safe boating (Missouri boating license is a huge plus).
