Sales Manager Position Summary The Dual Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing department for both the Courtyard and TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Briarcliff. This position assists in maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, coordinating group functions, and supporting marketing initiatives. The Dual Sales Coordinator serves as a liaison between clients and hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales-related activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist Sales Manager(s) with daily administrative tasks and projects. Respond to guest inquiries, inbound leads, and general sales questions. Serve as a liaison between clients and hotel departments. Coordinate group functions by preparing and distributing planning details to department heads. Prepare and process sales documents, including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders. Support Sales & Marketing efforts through filing, emailing, copying, scheduling, and other clerical tasks. Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in designated software systems (e.g., leads, billing, third-party data). Answer guest questions about hotel facilities, services, packages, promotions, restaurants, and amenities. Maintain positive relationships with existing clients. Generate and prepare sales-related reports as requested by the Director of Sales. Load and manage group block information and reservations; prepare group resumes. Assist sales leadership with integrated communication, marketing, and social media initiatives. Coordinate and assist with client site visits and property tours. Provide support for public relations and brand awareness activities. Special Requirements Prompt and regular attendance. Compliance with hotel and departmental uniform, appearance, and professional behavior standards. Flexibility to carry out additional reasonable requests from management. Collaboration with all levels of staff as a team player. Weekly review and approval of electronic timecards for accuracy.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Noise level ranges from quiet to moderate.
