We're looking for a motivated early-career professional to join our team as a Field Sales Associate, supporting YMCA, Campus Recreation, and Health Club accounts across a large, multi-state Midwest territory. You'll partner closely with an experienced seller and gain hands-on experience in territory management, customer engagement, and consultative selling. Perks Base + commission Car allowance, gas reimbursement, and company card Full health benefits and 401(k) match Fitness-forward, growth-focused culture What You'll Gain Hands-on sales training and mentorship Career growth in a high-impact industry Real-world experience managing a broad territory and diverse customer base What You'll Do Support sales efforts across YMCA, Campus Rec, and Health Club customers Travel regularly across a multi-state territory to build relationships and support customers (3+ days/week in the field) Learn to position fitness solutions to both institutional and commercial buyers Assist in tailoring communication to non-fitness decision-makers and multiple stakeholders Navigate longer sales cycles tied to budgets and funding timelines Participate in facility planning discussions and stay current on wellness trends Build your presence in the market through networking and relationship-building What We're Looking For 1-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred) Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn Interest in fitness, wellness, or community-based organizations Comfort with frequent travel and managing a large geographic territory Based in the Central Midwest region (e.g., Omaha, Des Moines, Kansas City greater areas) #

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $47,500 - $64,800 annually.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Omaha, NE and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength's Sales Incentive Plan with monthly commission eligibility, in addition to base salary. The amount of any commission and bonus varies based on attainment of individual performance goals and other relevant factors, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

This position is eligible to receive a vehicle allowance to offset the costs of using a personal vehicle for business related purposes.

This position is eligible to receive a mobile allowance to offset the costs of using a personal cell phone for business related purposes.
