Job Description
We grow kids, not just coders. We are seeking an energetic, creative, and relationship-driven Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support our growing youth programs in character development, coding, and robotics. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and marketing to help expand our impact and strengthen relationships with students, families, schools, and community partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with families, creating engaging content, and supporting a growing organization through strong community presence and customer experience. This is a part-time role (15-20 hours per week) with after-school, evening, and occasional weekend hours.
Compensation:
$21 - $26 hourly Responsibilities:
Help grow community awareness and engagement through community outreach presentations and local partnership development Represent the organization through school visits, community events, outreach presentations, and networking opportunities Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and local partners Support business development and enrollment efforts that increase visibility, student enrollment, and community partnerships Create and manage social media content to promote programs, events, and student experiences Design marketing materials, flyers, and promotional content using Canva and other design tools Manage client relationships from trial engagement through enrollment, including parent communication and conversion support. Maintain strong knowledge of program offerings, schedules, and benefits Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and branding Experience using Canva or other design tools for social media posts, flyers, and marketing materials Comfortable speaking to groups and building community relationships Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between marketing, outreach, and business development tasks Driver's license and reliable vehicle required Experience in marketing, customer relations, education, youth programs, business development, or community outreach is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience About Company Love to Code Academy is a youth character development academy built on a single belief: the most important thing students build here is not a program or a robot — it is character.
