ROOFING & EXTERIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Kansas City Metro Area | 1099 Independent Contractor $75,000 - $250,000+ Annual Income Potential Cornerstone Construction Solutions is a veteran-owned roofing and exterior restoration company serving homeowners and property owners throughout the Kansas City metro area. We are actively seeking motivated, professional, and relationship-driven individuals who want the opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential. This position offers a combination of company-generated opportunities, referral opportunities, networking opportunities, and self-generated business development. We are looking for individuals who want to grow with a company, build lasting relationships, and take ownership of their success. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Meet with homeowners and property owners throughout the Kansas City metro area Conduct roof and exterior inspections Identify customer needs and provide solutions for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior renovation projects Assist homeowners through the insurance restoration process when applicable Follow up on company-generated leads and opportunities Build relationships with real estate professionals, property managers, insurance agents, business owners, and homeowners Generate referrals and networking opportunities Develop and grow your own pipeline of business Manage projects from inspection through completion Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process WHAT MAKES THIS OPPORTUNITY DIFFERENT

Self-motivated and driven individuals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional appearance and attitude Comfortable meeting and interacting with homeowners and business owners Coachable and willing to learn Entrepreneurial mindset Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Sales experience is preferred but not required Roofing, construction, insurance, or home improvement experience is a plus but not required IMPORTANT
This is not a position where representatives simply wait for leads to be assigned. While company-generated opportunities are available, successful team members are expected to actively build relationships, network within their communities, develop referral sources, and generate opportunities of their own. We provide the training, systems, mentorship, and support necessary for success. The individuals who earn the most are those who combine company-provided opportunities with their own networking, relationship-building, and business development efforts. COMPENSATION
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with an uncapped commission structure. Representatives have the opportunity to earn from company-generated opportunities, referrals, networking efforts, and self-generated business.
