This role is responsible for owning a designated territory, building a strong pipeline, and closing new business with property managers, regional managers, asset managers, and ownership groups. This is a hunter-focused, consultative sales role designed for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is energized by outbound prospecting, relationship building, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Ownership & Growth Own and execute a go-to-market strategy for an assigned territory Identify and pursue new multifamily community opportunities Drive market penetration and revenue growth within the region New Business Development Prospect, cold call, and engage decision-makers in multifamily housing organizations Develop relationships with property managers, regional managers, asset managers, and ownership groups Close new business and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Pipeline Development Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events Manage a high volume of opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle Consultative Selling Conduct needs assessments and discovery conversations with clients Identify operational inefficiencies and value gaps within communities Present tailored solutions that improve operations, compliance, and resident experience Deliver compelling presentations to executive-level stakeholders Sales Cycle Management Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through contract execution Navigate decision-making structures and procurement processes Position value-based solutions aligned to client goals CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of all activity, pipeline stages, and forecasting in Salesforce Ensure disciplined CRM usage and pipeline visibility Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Account Management and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Support successful service implementation and long-term customer satisfaction Industry Awareness Stay current on multifamily industry trends, regulations, and operational challenges Understand environmental and waste compliance requirements impacting property owners and managers QualificationsRequired Experience 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience Proven track record of new business development and quota attainment Experience managing long, consultative, solution-based sales cycles Strong experience selling to business decision-makers and senior stakeholders Preferred Experience Multifamily housing, property management, or real estate services experience Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce Experience using structured sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN, Sandler, or Value Selling) Skills & Competencies Strong hunter mentality with a self-driven work ethic Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage time and prioritize a high-volume pipeline Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with frequent travel High accountability and results orientation Work Environment Hybrid field-based and remote role Up to 70% travel within assigned territory Fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment Compensation Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission On-target earnings (OTE): Highly competitive and performance-based Auto allowance and mileage reimbursement included Ramp-up guarantee provided during onboarding period Why Join Us Opportunity to own a territory and directly impact revenue growth High earning potential with uncapped commission structure Strong training, onboarding, and mentorship program Career growth in a rapidly expanding organization Collaborative culture focused on performance, ownership, and professional development
