Inside Sales Representative Lee's Summit, MO 64086 From $20.54 an hour - Full-time From $20.54 an hour - Full-time Inside Sales Representative — Building Materials Distribution K + R Building Materials | Lee's Summit, Missouri K + R is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Lee's Summit branch and support an established, successful sales team. We are a growth-oriented, technology-driven distribution company with a strong reputation for customer service, operational execution, and long-term industry relationships. K + R continues to invest in infrastructure, operational systems, inventory management, and strategic market expansion throughout the building materials industry. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer communication, sales support, problem-solving, and operational coordination. The right candidate will bring a high sense of urgency, accountability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset. Compensation commensurate with experience. Performance based commission available after 6 months.
