In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and promoting our innovative products and services. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will actively engage with prospective clients through pre-qualified appointments, community events, and strategic networking. Your passion for sales combined with your technical knowledge will empower you to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. This salary + commission position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a tangible impact in the energy and technology sectors. Responsibilities Conduct pre-qualified sales visits to introduce products and services directly to potential customers in various neighborhoods and communities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales progress Present product features, benefits, and technical details clearly to diverse audiences, including bilingual or multilingual clients Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing to implement local promotional campaigns and community outreach initiatives Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' offerings, and new product developments in solar energy and energy sales Experience Proven experience in outside sales or direct customer engagement, preferably within energy sales or technical sales environments Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully Experience in door-to-door sales or community-based outreach is a plus Knowledge of insulation, energy solutions, or related technical products is advantageous Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals Job will come with vehicle, gas card, cell phone, and laptop.
