Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct high-end sales consultations, presenting vehicle features and benefits tailored to customer needs, while employing effective negotiation techniques to close deals. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure accurate vehicle listings and availability information. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records. Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue opportunities. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences, answering questions with professionalism, and demonstrating strong phone etiquette. Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract new clients and boost dealership visibility. Experience Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales environments, preferably with dealership experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele. Demonstrated success in outbound sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or public speaking roles that showcase your persuasive abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems to streamline sales processes. Knowledge of retail math and retail psychology to effectively upsell products and close deals. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism, utilizing negotiation skills to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
