Job Description

ImpactBio is proactively identifying high-performing sales professionals for future Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative opportunities. This effort supports our ongoing focus on developing a robust talent network to ensure readiness for upcoming hiring demands. As a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative, you will drive the adoption of pharmaceutical products within your assigned territory by educating healthcare providers and building strong professional relationships. Key Responsibilities Promote pharmaceutical product(s) to healthcare providers within your assigned territory. Deliver effective product messaging and education to drive prescribing adoption. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and office staff. Develop and execute territory business plans to meet and exceed sales goals. Provide timely reporting, insights, and feedback to management. Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals. Educate HCP's and staff on product features, benefits, usage, and clinical data. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required. 1-3 years of successful sales track record in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceuticals. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly. Ability to travel extensively within territory.
