Hyper Wellness Representative (Membership Sales)- Full Time Restore Hyper Wellness Overland Park - 2.8 Parkville, MO Job Details Full-time From $17 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Google Workspace Google Sheets Google Docs Sales Customer service Documentation tools Google Calendar Retail sales Full Job Description Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Hyper Wellness Representative You're passionate about health and wellness You have at least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment You have a positive outlook on working in a small team environment Experience using google documents, sheets, calendar, and other google suite tools Desire to learn and grow as an individual and in your role with Restore Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field Responsibilities Greeting clients and assisting them with Restore's wellness services as a Wellness Concierge, developing Care Plans, and identifying the best membership for them. Helping clients over the phone, returning important voicemails, and facilitating the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process Assist in follow up calls and sales/notification calls surrounding promotions and events Lead nurture via our 3rd party marketing platforms Conducting tours, selling service packages and memberships, and create a care plan that will help address the customer's long term goals with proper documentation Educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care Cleaning & Sanitizing store, laundry, restocking rooms, cleaning bathrooms, assisting with equipment maintenance, etc Performing opening and closing procedures Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees Serve as an expert on Restore products and services Actively participate in 1-1's, team meetings, morning huddles, and slack communications Assist in running tabling and in store events Represent the brand by embodying Restore's core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued and recognized for his/her contributions Benefits Working weekends doesn't bum you out Competitive Pay Employee discount Medical benefits
