You have the opportunity to achieve a 6-figure income with a high-income ceiling. Zero mortgage experience is needed as we offer an in-depth training platform and continuous support from leadership to make sure you have everything you need to be successful. We do require a couple of years of direct sales experience, if you are about to graduate college or just graduated college, exceptions may be made on a case-to-case basis. Soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to apply! Call on real-time inbound mortgage leads. All leads have raised their hand and asked to be contacted. All leads are provided, and all team members have access to the same quantity and quality of leads regardless of experience. Good phone presence and clear dictation is a requirement. The starting income for your first year can range from $80,000 - $120,000 per year and the compensation plans will be discussed in detail during the interview process. The average income after your first-year ranges from $150,000 - $250,000 or above.
