Big St. Charles Motorsports, the largest motorsports dealer in the Midwest , is looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our winning sales team!
What We Offer Weekly Pay :
Competitive base salary.
Commission :
Flat pay on new units sold to be incentivized to do volume over holding gross. Also get tiered pay for customers that buy parts on the deal.
Monthly Bonuses :
Additional incentives for top performers.
Benefits Package :
Comprehensive health insurance . 401(k) with partial employer match. Up to 3 weeks of vacation per year.
What We're Looking For Sales Experience :
