We are looking for a Pest Control Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and passionate about their work. They will have experience with pest control and be customer service oriented.
SUMMARY:
A sales person is responsible for maintaining a working partnership with home-owners, commercial properties, and property management contacts. A sales person is responsible for increasing their monthly sales performance without leads or help from All Solutions Pest Control mgmt. A sales person will conduct inspections with the purpose of making proposals and presentations to obtain sales agreements.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Drug screening, clean driving record, and background checks are mandatory.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate new sales via leads, cold calling commercial properties, and property management contacts, BNI groups, networking, homes shows, and referrals Sell termite control protection and renewals, and/or monthly pest control protection by explaining services, products, benefits and pricing per company guidelines. Calling existing customers, scheduling inspections, upselling services, and follow up. Inputting customer information, maintaining accurate notes in customer database Ensuring world class customer service at all times. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction of service, and to obtain referrals for new business. Execute contracts on behalf of the company, observing company policy. Maintain prospect and call-back files and activity records. Maintain equipment, vehicle and personal safety equipment in clean, working order. Complete all appropriate training courses. Works with General Manager, Service Manager, and service professionals to ensure quality service to new and existing customers, assisting in resolving customer issues. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Demonstrates knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, & presentation skills Skills of taking independent action and being a self-starter. Skill in written and verbal communication Ability to build customer relationships and provide appropriate levels of customer service. Excellent time management skills Valid Driver's license
Pay:
Base plus commission, depending on experience.
