  • This is a commisson-1099 based opportunity
  • Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services, emphasizing upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
Drive company vehicles along assigned routes, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise while maintaining safety standards. Conduct route driving efficiently, managing schedules and adapting to changing priorities to meet customer demands. Perform heavy lifting and merchandising tasks, setting up displays and ensuring product availability on shelves. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships. Apply pricing strategies effectively, ensuring accurate billing and promoting special offers or promotions. Maintain organized records of sales transactions, route logs, and inventory levels for seamless operations. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with strong communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely and efficiently. Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations, inventory counts, and sales data analysis. Knowledge of merchandising techniques to enhance product presentation. Excellent organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and documentation effectively. Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and teamwork.
