$48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements- Active Property & Casualty license (required) and Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe)
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (insurance background preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and lead management platforms
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on industry trends, products, and regulations
- Professional demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences Responsibilities
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead management systems.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Present and explain insurance options clearly and professionally.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
- Provide accurate quotes, process applications, and ensure timely client follow-up.
- Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and compliance standards.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and policy documentation.
