In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our extensive inventory of Diesel parts and accessories. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will drive customer satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and boost sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your automotive knowledge, sales expertise, and organizational skills to make a real impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their automotive parts needs and provide expert guidance. Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to recommend suitable parts and solutions tailored to each vehicle's requirements. Manage inventory levels efficiently using inventory management systems (CMMS) and POS software to ensure product availability. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery options with customers to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Process orders accurately, fulfill requests promptly, and coordinate with warehouse staff for timely order fulfillment. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory movements using Microsoft Excel or similar tools. Support dealership or retail sales initiatives through marketing efforts, promotional campaigns, and upselling techniques. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring a positive experience. Assist with stock management tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing inventory control procedures, and conducting regular stock audits. Uphold professional phone etiquette during all customer interactions while demonstrating strong communication skills. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in negotiation, sales management, and retail math to achieve targets effectively. Familiarity with inventory management systems (CMMS), POS systems, and Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone manner. Diesel Parts experience necessary Knowledge of Diesel parts cataloging, marketing strategies, and inventory control procedures is desirable.
