Responsibilities include:

Trade Administration and Coordination Act as the primary contact for administrative trade questions for assigned groups and communicate with branch personnel regarding missing or incomplete information Pull working queries for pending trade sales and apply data to tracking logs and trade logs with thorough documentation Assist with arbitrary deletes of trade unit numbers upon request Assist with "We'll Buy Your Car" setup and payment process Title, Lien, and Documentation Management Obtain titles and or lien releases from lenders, dealers, groups, and DMVs Maintain trade processes and lender contact information within the trade manual Financial Processing and Reporting Issue trade payoffs to financial institutions, dealers, and other parties using the financial system Work monthly reports including balance sheet schedules to ensure payoff accuracy and cost schedules related to trade in units Submit required entries to the accounting team for processing Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, assigned groups, and external financial institutions In addition to these job functions, candidates will also need to display proficiency in the following competencies: Working With a
