Daily Job Duties:
Targeted neighborhoods for lead generation (training provided) Offer and perform free inspections using our AI drones. Close deals in-home with homeowners. Meet insurance adjusters on site. Explore options with homeowners (insurance, financing, payment plans). Utilize CRM apps to upload customer files and photos.
Requirements:
1-2 years minimum sales experience (roofing referred) Must have your own, reliable vehicle for this role Must be able to pass a basic background check Must be 18 years or older and be fluent in
English Compensation:
1099 tax status, commission only (uncapped) Paid training Average rep earns 125k-150k annually Commissions paid out as checks come in - no waiting until the end of the project Make your own schedule •Candidates with 2+ years of roofing sales experience, higher compensation model available.•
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
