. Charles County area. About Evolved Evolved Roofing & Construction takes great pride in showing up for our customers. We help homeowners restore the timeless charm of their homes by building them back better after storm damage. Our revenue has tripled since 2021, growing to over $3M in restoration projects in 2025, and we are on track for $12M in 2026. To handle that growth, we are adding 3-5 driven, independent Exterior Specialists to assist homeowners with insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections. A Day in the Life Knocking on 40-60 doors. Climbing roofs in heat and cold. Hearing "no" repeatedly. Working evenings and Saturdays after storms. Driving 100+ miles some days. The reps who thrive here are comfortable working alone for 6+ hours a day with no manager looking over their shoulder. Responsibilities
  • Inspecting and documenting homes for storm damage
  • Meeting with homeowners after inspections to explain the repair and claims process and sign restoration agreements
  • Creating estimates and measuring home exteriors and damages
  • Marketing and lead generation for new prospects Qualifications
  • Comfort with door-to-door cold approach (if you have never knocked on a stranger's door for sales, this role will be a hard adjustment — we will train you, but the willingness has to be there on day one)
  • Willingness to work a weather-driven schedule (storms = surge weeks)
  • Ability to handle a 60-day sales cycle from inspection to job completion before commission payout
  • Physically able to climb a ladder to a roof
  • Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), valid driver's license, clean driving record
  • Comfortable working alone for 6+ hours a day with no manager looking over your shoulder
  • Smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during inspections and using company apps
  • Willing and able to self-generate leads and run office-provided leads
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required Training No experience?
No problem. We fast-track new hires through a 7-day training program combining classroom instruction, ride-alongs, live inspections, and role play. Reps we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need to represent and assist homeowners through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary. Compensation & Benefits On-target earnings of $150K. Year-one reps who complete training and stick with the process typically earn $100K. Top 25% earn $200K+. Our top rep earned over $300K in 2025.
