Within an assigned geographic region, you will serve as the face of the brand—engaging with shoppers, demonstrating our transformative furniture solutions, and driving direct-to-consumer sales. This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys travel, and excels in hands-on selling. This role comes with a lucrative commission structure! Qualifications Demonstrated success in retail or sales roles; familiarity with the Costco warehouse environment is a strong asset. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product details clearly and confidently to customers. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail setting. Ability to travel to different Costco locations within a specific geographic location, sometimes overnight. Role Requirements & Physical Demands This is an on-site, customer-facing role in a retail environment, requiring the ability to stand and remain active for up to 11 hours per day. Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 100 pounds during setup, demonstrations, and teardown. Requires regional travel to various Costco locations within a designated territory; overnight stays may occasionally be required. Must be available to work 10 consecutive days per Roadshow event, typically spanning weekends and including long hours. Additional rest days are scheduled between events to comply with labor guidelines.
