$50,000-$60,000 plus 10% annual incentive opportunity About the Role We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help our sales team work more efficiently and grow. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day sales activities, managing leads, and keeping customer information accurate and organized. You will work closely with the sales team to provide reliable support, help move opportunities forward, and ensure a smooth experience for customers. What You'll Do Sales Support Assist with project sizing, quote creation, and order processing Support internal sales efforts and ensure timely follow-up Lead Management Research and identify new business opportunities Assign and track incoming leads Customer Support Provide basic technical support and answer customer questions Coordinate with production to ensure orders are handled properly CRM Management Maintain and update customer and sales data in Salesforce Ensure records are accurate and complete What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales support Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce Comfortable making decisions and working independently Basic technical aptitude Work Environment This is an in-office role based at our headquarters Regular business hours Primarily desk work with extended computer use Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds Travel No travel required Why Join Us Be part of a growing team focused on improving sales performance Work in a collaborative, supportive environment Opportunity to build skills in sales operations and customer experience Equal Opportunity Employer Engineered Corrosion Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
