Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new roofing projects within assigned territories Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on roofing options and benefits Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts to expand the customer base Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, upselling additional services, and ensuring client satisfaction Track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project handoffs from sale to installation, maintaining clear communication throughout the process Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, D2D & B2B sales, or technical sales within the construction or home improvement industry (Required) Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and lead generation activities independently Strong organizational skills for account management and sales analysis Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to foster long-term relationships Demonstrated ability in territory management, cold calling, and direct sales strategies Strong communication skills for conducting product demos, marketing pitches, and customer service interactions Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for business growth in competitive environments Join us as a Roofing Sales Representative and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality roofing solutions while advancing your career in a rewarding environment!
