Lead Sales Associate Country Charm is looking for a motivated, creative, and dependable Lead Sales Associate to help lead the day-to-day operations of our boutique. This is more than just retail. We're looking for someone who loves people, has an eye for merchandising and style, and wants to help us continue growing our brand and customer relationships! This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, energetic, organized, and excited to be part of a fast-paced small business where every day looks a little different. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience Help oversee daily store operations and support the team Assist with merchandising, displays, and keeping the store visually appealing Create social media content including photos, videos, stories, and lives Help customers style outfits and recommend products Assist with inventory, restocking, tagging, and organization Maintain a clean, organized, and upbeat store environment Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently Support events, launches, vendor markets, and special promotions Step into leadership roles when needed and help keep things running smoothly Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and dependable Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable creating content and being on camera Strong sense of style and merchandising Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and productive during downtime Leadership and problem-solving skills Weekend availability preferred Retail experience is a plus, but personality and work ethic matter most Why Join Country Charm?
