Counter Sales Representative

Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing expert guidance on parts and services Assist customers with product selection by leveraging diagnostics knowledge and understanding their needs Manage inventory control and stock replenishment to ensure product availability and organized displays Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, order processing, and sales transactions Conduct maintenance consultations and recommend appropriate repair or service solutions Maintain a clean, organized work area, including stocking shelves and ensuring proper inventory management using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar tools Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environments with a focus on parts or services preferred Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Knowledge of diagnostics, repair, and service procedures is highly desirable Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Previous experience with dealership operations or repair shops is advantageous Demonstrated negotiation skills coupled with a proactive approach to sales management and marketing strategies

$12.00 - $16.00 per hour
