RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and offer assistance or direction to customers Present and demonstrate vehicle inventory to customers, highlighting the key features and custom additions of each vehicle Describe all optional accessories available for customer purchase Build strong rapport with customers to create returning customers Support the customer throughout the entire vehicle purchase experience Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email Maintain product knowledge of vehicles on the lot Collaborate with the parts & accessories department, service department, and general manager to ensure customer satisfaction Report to the General Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

REQUIREMENTS

Must be energetic, self-driven, and comfortable creating social media content for aiding in sales Must be comfortable with compensation based on commission sales Must have relevant sales experience and knowledge of vehicles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-first mindset Willingness to learn about inventory on the lot and automotive trends Previous sales experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record Highschool diploma or equivalent required Why Join Us?
