Required:

Experience in automotive sales, roofing sales, retail sales, or telemarketing Strong ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward Comfortable being on the phone all day Problem-solver who builds trust quickly Competitive mindset and team-first attitude What you will do: Work daily company-provided leads Make high-volume outbound calls Build strong, lasting customer relationships Identify needs and close sales opportunities Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline Support the entire sales team in hitting goals
