Job Summary Storm Avenue Roofing & Construction is seeking driven, competitive Sales Consultants to help homeowners and business owners navigate roofing and storm restoration needs. No roofing experience required — we provide company-generated leads, full training, and the tools to hit the ground running. Our training program goes beyond the basics, equipping you with the prospecting skills and market knowledge to build a thriving book of business on your own terms. Uncapped earning potential for individuals who are coachable, competitive, and ready to grow with a company that invests in its people. Duties Canvass neighborhoods through door-to-door prospecting in storm-affected areas Generate and follow up on leads — company leads provided to get you started Inspect roofs and document storm damage — company-provided drones are available for steep or difficult-to-access roofs so you never have to get on one Meet with homeowners and business owners to present solutions and close deals Guide customers through the insurance claim process from start to finish Build and maintain long-term customer relationships in your territory Track opportunities and job progress through company systems Represent Storm Avenue professionally in the community Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with rejection Sales experience preferred — retail, insurance, real estate, B2B, or any commission background translates well No roofing or construction experience required
