Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves driving designated routes to deliver products, build customer relationships, and maximize sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for upselling, and the ability to manage inventory effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Drive assigned routes to deliver products to customers in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service. Perform heavy lifting of products as required during deliveries. Upsell additional products and services to existing customers based on their needs. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while driving and delivering products. Experience Previous experience in sales or route driving is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and understanding their needs. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Experience in commercial driving is a plus but not mandatory. The ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Must have a clean driving record and be able to obtain a Class D driver's license.
