About Properly Tied Properly Tied is a lifestyle apparel brand based in Oxford, MS, offering clothing and accessories for all ages. We sell through a national network of wholesale retailers, consumer retail shows, and direct-to-consumer channels. We are a growing, brand-driven company built on quality, service, and strong retailer relationships. The Role We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join the Properly Tied team. This is a pivotal role that sits at the center of our wholesale sales operation — you will be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting new retail accounts through managing and growing existing ones. You will be the face of Properly Tied to our wholesale network and a key driver of the company's growth. This role is the right fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, takes ownership of their work, and is ready to grow into a senior sales leadership position as the company scales. What You'll Do Account Development Prospect and cold call retail accounts across the United States Build and manage a pipeline of potential wholesale accounts Review wholesale applications and guide new accounts through the onboarding process Set up new retailer accounts in our B2B platform and ERP system Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned wholesale retail portfolio Proactively identify reorder opportunities and follow up to drive repeat business Manage B2B orders, monitor account performance, and support retailers with product guidance Maintain and update B2B lookbooks, line sheets, and sales materials each season Outside Sales Rep Coordination Serve as the primary internal contact for Properly Tied's outside sales representatives Communicate seasonal priorities, materials, and account updates to reps on an ongoing basis Monitor territory coverage and rep performance in coordination with leadership Trade Shows & Markets Represent Properly Tied at wholesale trade shows and consumer retail shows throughout the year Generate new leads and conduct account meetings at events, with structured post-show follow-up Sales Strategy & Reporting Set and track seasonal sales targets in partnership with the CEO Maintain accurate records across CRM and B2B platforms Identify underperforming accounts or territories and develop action plans Report regularly to the CEO on pipeline status, account activity, and sales performance What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales, account management, or wholesale experience — apparel or consumer goods a plus A natural relationship builder who is confident on the phone, in person, and over email Highly organized with the ability to manage a large account portfolio and multiple priorities simultaneously Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do Comfortable working in a close knit, fast-moving company where you own your role and results Willingness to travel periodically for trade shows and wholesale markets Familiarity with B2B platforms, ERP systems, or CRM tools is a plus Compensation & Benefits Compensation based on experience Paid vacation time Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employee allowance and discounts on Properly Tied products 401(k) with up to 6% company match Opportunity for growth into a senior sales leadership role as the company expands
