Job Description

Job Overview:
About You In Home Care is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, a track record of achieving targets, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets for our in-home care services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Present and promote services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs. Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics to management. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Management) to align sales strategies with company goals. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maximize sales potential. Meet or exceed sales goals set by management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in healthcare, home care, or a related field. Strong understanding of the sales process and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients. Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation:
Base Salary:
$55,000
  • $65,000 annually (based on experience)
Commission:
5% on all new sales generated
Bonus:
Quarterly performance bonuses ranging from $1,500 to $5,000
