Job Description

Impact 1 Financial is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to work directly with businesses throughout the Tupelo area. This is a field-based position focused on developing relationships, meeting with workplace contacts, and helping businesses learn about the products and services available to support their employees. You'll spend your time out in your assigned territory meeting with business owners, managers, HR representatives, and employees. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own territory while receiving training, coaching, and support from an experienced team. What You'll Do Build relationships with local businesses throughout your assigned territory Develop new business through referrals, networking, and direct outreach Conduct in-person appointments and presentations with prospective clients Meet with a variety of workplace contacts, including owners, managers, HR representatives, and employees Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing service and support Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-up activity independently Track client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools Work closely with leadership and teammates while maintaining ownership of your territory Who We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable meeting new people and building professional relationships Organized and accountable in managing daily activity Previous sales experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn, apply feedback, and consistently improve
