We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help expand our brand presence, strengthen community partnerships, and grow our customer base throughout the Billings area and surrounding communities.

Competitive base pay plus commission

Andrew Newman Position Overview:
The Business Development Representative is responsible for creating and fostering strategic relationships that increase Newman Restoration and Cleaning's visibility, reputation, and customer base. This individual will serve as a key ambassador for the company by networking within the community, identifying partnership opportunities, and developing long-term client relationships. This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong communication skills, a dynamic personality, and the ability to represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic relationships within the community Identify and participate in networking groups, events, and organizations that support business growth Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and service information packets Research new markets and identify potential service opportunities Build and maintain relationships with business owners and community leaders Support marketing initiatives, public relations efforts, community events, and social media engagement Track customer interactions and business development activities through CRM software Pursue and develop contract-based customer relationships with ongoing service potential Strengthen and retain existing customer relationships Help improve processes for measuring customer retention and business growth
Qualifications:
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to integrate quickly into the local community and represent the company professionally Experience using social media platforms for business development and brand growth Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team Strong computer skills, including the ability to utilize AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and innovation

Work Environment:
This role involves a combination of office work and community engagement. 75% Community Outreach & Networking 25% Office Environment The position may require travel to client sites and events using a company-provided vehicle.
