URGENTLY HIRING
Pierce Flooring and Cabinet Design Center of Billings , a locally owned company with a century-long legacy in Montana, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Flooring & Desing Sales Professional to join our expanding sales team. This is a full-time commissioned sales position with a base salary of $42,000•60,000 per year, DOE. This position provides great potential for much higher earnings. The successful candidate will be responsible for both inside and outside sales, working with walk-in customers as well as actively creating sales opportunities with contractors, realtors, property management, and Main Street commercial entities. The role requires a high level of organization, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to succeed in a team environment. Some Saturday work will be required. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers to understand project needs, budget and timelines Prepare accurate estimates and proposals. Engage in networking and community involvement to promote sales growth Provide expert design recommendations for flooring types, colors, patterns and layouts. Ensure customer satisfaction through education of the benefits, limitations, and maintenance of different flooring materials. Track project status, ensuring customer is updated with current process. Attend all sales meetings Manage and follow sample check-out procedures Work with the manager to set and achieve monthly sales goals Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Experience in flooring sales, interior design and home improvement. Ability to perform work independently, accurately and thoroughly. Excellent customer service skills Ability to read blueprints and floor plans. Proactive problem-solving abilities Proficiency in using and reading a tape measure for accurate job site measures Ability to work under pressure Basic computer skills Compensation The position offers a base salary of $42,000•$60,000 DOE with the potential and expectations of higher earnings based on sales performance. Total compensation exceeding 100K is not uncommon with experience and training.
