The Opportunity:

Solar Industry Leader Solar is booming, and we are looking for an elite Solar Project Consultant to drive our expansion in Billings and surrounding areas. This is a high-level, proactive role for a sales professional who wants to build a massive book of business backed by a highly respected brand. You will work directly with homeowners and commercial clients to design, propose, and close high-ticket solar solutions. For driven people, this role offers rapid advancement opportunities into leadership.

What We Offer High Earning Potential:

$75,000 - $300,000+ per year.

Compensation Structure:

What We're Looking For Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of proven outside sales experience (Solar or home improvement sales is a major plus).

Expertise:

Advanced knowledge of finance, closing, and negotiation techniques. You must be comfortable structuring financing options and handling complex objections.

Pipeline Management:

A master at execution—someone who knows how to do diligent follow-ups and build long-term referral networks.

Performance:

A high-achiever dedicated to maintaining and meeting sales quotas.

Work Ethic:

A self-motivated, hungry attitude with the willingness to generate business through active local networking and canvassing.
