Carpet Cleaning Sales Technician

Now hiring: Carpet Cleaning Technician (Bozeman area) Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning is looking for a carpet cleaning technician as we continue our goal to be the #1 Carpet Cleaner in America. Since 2006, Oxi Fresh has grown to over 400 territories so we are always looking to add exciting people to help us revolutionize the carpet cleaning industry. We are looking for reliable, self-motivated technicians who can deliver carpet cleaning services, drive a company vehicle to customer locations, mix cleaning products, and operate cleaning equipment. You will build professional, friendly rapport to encourage repeat customers and referrals. Applicants do not need previous experience, but must have a winning attitude, possess great work ethic, demonstrate great customer service skills, and work within a team philosophy. Past sales experience is a bonus. Company vehicle provided as well as Corporate training to onboarded employees. Past sales or customer service experience is a bonus.

Compensation:

$25/hour plus performance-based monthly bonus. Part-time and full-time roles available for residential and commercial carpet cleaning. Applicants do not need previous experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide superior carpet cleaning to Oxi Fresh customers. Build a professional business relationship with all customers. Educate customers on the benefits of using Oxi Fresh. Clean and maintain Oxi Fresh equipment. Uphold all company policies and procedures. Encourage use of additional services and products to all customers. Maintain a great customer service rating.

Requirements:

Strong skills in client services with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Tech savvy smartphone user. Internet access. Ability to lift up to 50 lb equipment. Must be organized and able to multi-task. Friendly and professional attitude. Dependable and reliable. Fast learner. Team player. Driven individual with a passion to work hard to achieve goals. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. High school or equivalent. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

$26,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
