Seeking Plant Sales & Service Specialists:

Ideal Applicant:

Significant Plant Knowledge, Experience, & can give Expert advice. At least 1 position in:

Permanent Plants Department:

Trees, Shrubs & Perennials (cold-hardy) -> Physically strong & outgoing people-person for proactive Customer Service. At least 1 position in: Overall Outdoor Plant Customer Sales & Service -> Outgoing people-person for proactive Customer Service. Active and on feet all day.

Plant Specialists:

Helping the Customer with what they want or need #3. Quality Plant Care, Handling & Maintenance #4.

Core Skills Must Include:

Relational Competence Quality Communication Positive Personality & Attitude Strong Work Ethic & Integrity Weather & Environmental Flexibility & Tolerance Physical Stamina Fulltime and/or higher hours/week are preferred due to the inherent benefits. We are Retail. Weekends are our busiest time and weekend work is generally required.

30% Target candidates have significant experience with Outdoor Plants in this area. Experience with plants in a professional setting is a significant advantage & benefit. Experience in the Retail industry is a significant advantage and benefit. Experience in a Retail Garden Center, creates a potentially ideal candidate.

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
