Build strong brand awareness and long-term relationships with Realtors®, property managers, investors, and other referral partners throughout Western North Carolina. Develop and maintain systems and processes that support consistent, scalable growth. Help position Allied Home Inspection as the premier "one-stop shop" inspection company in WNC. Regular Work Activities Relationship Development & Community Outreach Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, property managers, lenders, contractors, and community partners. Conduct office visits, networking meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and event outreach. Identify sponsorship, partnership, and community engagement opportunities that align with company growth goals. Attend networking events, association meetings, and industry functions as assigned. Maintain ongoing communication with top-producing real estate professionals and referral sources. Referral Partner Support Understand Allied Home Inspection's services, processes, and customer experience through ride-alongs, training, and shadowing inspections. Learn and communicate the value of ancillary services including:, Radon testing & mitigation, Septic inspections & pumping, Water testing, Mold & air quality testing, Sewer scopes, Well inspections, Commercial assessments Actively listen to referral partner concerns and identify solutions that make the inspection process easier and more efficient for clients and agents. Serve as an "experience ambassador" for the company at all times. Marketing & Content Support Assist with development and maintenance of marketing materials including: Flyers, Presentations, Digital graphics, Social media content, Event materials, Newsletters Assist with creating and maintaining sales scripts and communication templates. Assist in coordinating Realtor® educational events, workshops, and trainings. Help co-develop periodic newsletters and marketing campaigns for referral partners. Assist with social media engagement and content creation. CRM, Reporting & Organization Maintain accurate CRM records, agent tags, contact notes, and follow-up schedules. Track lead and lag measures related to growth activities.
Maintain calendars for:
Office visits, Networking events, Presentations, 1:1 meetings, Community events, Referral partner follow-ups Assist with database organization and CRM implementation. Maintain expense tracking and reporting. Administrative & Team Support Assist with booking inspections and answering client inquiries as needed. Support operations and marketing teams with ongoing growth initiatives. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and strategy discussions. Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and customer experience. Leadership Responsibilities Demonstrate self-leadership, accountability, and professionalism. Maintain excellent communication internally and externally. Represent Allied Home Inspection positively and professionally at all times.
