Job Description Short Run Pro is proudly making metal fabricated products right here in the USA and has three sub brands with products for a variety of needs.

Federal Brace, Killarney Metals, and Oeveo are innovating ideas into items that are designed specifically for your next residential and/or commercial project. We are searching for a personable and talented individual to join our team and help further our goals within these four companies. The position of Customer Success Representative is an entry level position within our company but includes a potential for growth. If selected for the position, you will be expected to perform your duties within the role assigned to you in a manner that reflects honesty and integrity to our customers and coworkers. You will use your knowledge of Short Run Pro brand products to provide solutions for our nationwide customer base while working in a fast-paced, small business environment. Responsibilities of Customer Success Representative:
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Order entry for multiple brands
  • Perform Quality Assurance processing on orders across all brands
  • Assist customers with product information, estimates, orders
  • Operate chat function via brand websites
  • Respond to customer emails in a timely and prompt manner
  • Create BOLs and schedule Freight shipments
  • Support market development to promote increased sales
  • Process returns, refunds, and order invoicing
  • Other duties as assigned Candidates must:
  • Be detail oriented
  • Prefered experience in RFQ and quoting
  • Prefered experience with CRM
  • Be familiar with benchmarks
  • Possess excellent writing, communication, organizational skills and have proficient computer skills.
  • Have the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Have previous customer service and/or hospitality experience
  • Have the ability to solve problems quickly and follow up upon completion
  • Be a self-starter and possess ability to work independently
  • Have a team player approach
  • Have strong organization skills
  • Have a strong command of the English language and polite phone etiquette
  • Have a positive attitude, professional appearance and demeanor, and a willingness to get the job done
  • Have the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • A construction or manufacturing background is a plus
Job Type:
Full-time Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary:
$40,000 annually plus participation in the company incentive program after 90 days Health, Dental, 401K, and Vision Insurance after 90 days Paid Holidays and PTO after 90 days (PTO plan based on length of service)
