About Ensales Electrical Associates Ensales Electrical Associates, Inc. is a manufacturer representative agency serving the Electrical Utility Industry, based out of Beulaville, NC. We provide experienced technical sales and support for quality manufacturers in the electric utility industry. We work closely with manufacturers, distributors, and electric utility customers. We are a growing team built on reliability, loyalty, and superior customer service to all our clients. Position Overview Ensales Electrical Associates is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales & Support Specialist to join our fast-paced, team-oriented environment in Beulaville, NC. In this role, you will be a key part of our sales operations, providing crucial support to our outside sales team and manufacturer partners. From managing quotes and purchase orders to assisting with day-to-day office operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-tier service. We are a growth-minded company, and we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to help you succeed and evolve with us!
Key Responsibilities Quote Management:
Collaborate with manufacturers and internal support personnel to prepare and submit accurate pricing quotes for distributors and end-users.
Order Processing:
Manage the entire lifecycle of purchase orders, from initial receipt to final fulfillment.
Customer Communication:
Proactively track order statuses and keep customers, internal teams, and external partners informed. Data & Record keeping: Handle daily sales data entry and maintain organized, up-to-date files in our storage system.
Office Support:
Assist with general clerical duties and adapt to new administrative responsibilities as our company continues to grow. What We're Looking For •
Core Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, strong multi-tasking abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. •
Experience:
A solid clerical or administrative background. •
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. •
Financial Knowledge:
A basic understanding of accounting principles (AR/AP). Experience with QuickBooks is highly preferred, but not required! •
Mindset:
A strong willingness to learn, take direction, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
