Job Description

Carolina Collaborations is growing, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Verizon Sales Representative. In this role, you'll work directly with residential customer accounts, helping them find the right connectivity solutions while delivering a positive and professional experience. This Verizon Sales Representative position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values strong communication, and wants to build a long-term career in sales and customer service. As a Verizon Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in connecting every customer with reliable services that fit their needs. What You'll Do as a Verizon Sales Representative Represent Verizon's internet and connectivity solutions as a Verizon Sales Representative Engage with each customer through consultative conversations to understand their needs Recommend tailored solutions that improve the overall customer experience Guide each customer through the enrollment and setup process Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Provide consistent, high-quality support to every customer from start to finish Work with your team to meet and exceed goals as a Verizon Sales Representative Build strong relationships with each customer to drive long-term satisfaction Stay informed on products and services to better support every customer What We're Looking For in a Verizon Sales Representative Previous experience working with customer-facing roles (sales, retail, or service preferred) Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with any customer Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow as a Verizon Sales Representative Full-time availability (Monday-Saturday schedule)
