What You'll Do Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and prepare quotes.
Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Submit new project awards with required documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Maintain detailed sales activity records and provide regular reports.
What You'll Need Proven sales experience, ideally in construction or building materials.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn CP&P products and applications.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and sales analytics tools.
Ability to read construction plans, perform takeoffs, and prepare estimates.
Your Education High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
3+ years of sales experience (construction or manufacturing industry preferred).
