Job Description

Job Overview We are hiring! Carolina Senior Benefits is looking to add 4 experienced sales professionals to our team over the next 4 weeks. We are a fast-growing, high-producing inside sales agency serving clients across 48 states. Our team focuses on helping people in the senior market, especially veterans, find Medicare solutions that fit their needs. We provide the system, training, tools, and proven process. You bring the drive, consistency, and determination to win. This role is phone-based and built around speaking with high-intent prospects who are already looking for help. Our proprietary sales process gives our team daily opportunities to connect with people who need guidance, and the majority of our sales are completed on the first call. This is not a high-pressure sales environment. We believe in doing what is right for the customer, educating them clearly, and helping them make confident Medicare decisions. Salary Range:
$60,000.00

Instead of cold calling people who have no idea who you are or why you are reaching out, we connect you with high-intent prospects who are already looking for help. These opportunities come through inbound traffic and scheduled appointments placed directly on your calendar. We are looking for professionals who bring determination, discipline, and grit every day. Our process works, but it requires people who are willing to follow it, stay consistent, and help prospects find the coverage and guidance they are already searching for.
