You'll meet with clients who have called us, in their homes, prepare estimates, and guide them through the decision-making process. Please only apply if you can commute to the Durham area within 30 minutes. This is not a high-pressure sales job. Approximately 80% of your customers will come from warm inbound leads provided by the company. Success here comes from building trust, listening to customers, paying attention to details, and following through on commitments. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience. What You'll Do:
Respond to warm, inbound leads from customers who need painting Meet with homeowners and build rapport quickly. Prepare accurate and thorough painting estimates. Listen carefully to customer needs and create detailed proposals. Follow up consistently and professionally after appointments and proposals. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first appointment through project completion. Communicate effectively with customers and painting crews. Stay organized and manage your schedule independently. Be punctual and professional for every appointment. Respond quickly and follow through on commitments. Be thorough and detail-oriented. Customers often choose us because of the quality and completeness of our estimates. Help generate referrals and additional business opportunities. Work closely with ownership to help grow the business. Contribute ideas and look for opportunities to improve processes and results. What We're Looking For Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills Excellent follow-through and attention to detail. Organized and self-motivated. Strong communication skills. Someone who wants a long-term opportunity Sales experience
What We Offer Compensation:
Base salary: $50,000 plus uncapped commission First-year base + salary earnings typically range from $65,000
  • 85,000.
