Job Description
Position Summary The Sales Coordinator supports customer management and business acquisition activities while serving as a liaison between external customer needs and internal execution. Responsibilities include customer data analysis, demand forecasting, quote preparation, customer portal management, pricing maintenance, accounts receivable support, invoicing, and other activities that ensure customer requirements are translated into operational execution. Key Responsibilities Sales Operations Support Monitor customer EDI activity, provide customer feedback to resolve capacity conflicts, and reconcile demand into primary order statements. Generate reports as needed by the Sales team to track progress against KPIs and objectives. Support sales operations activities, including pricing implementation, budget creation, and customer communication as needed. Gather data to support forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. New Business and Account Support Support Account Managers in acquiring new business through PDP and database administration. Collect background information and prepare quotations. Follow up on and help resolve accounts receivable issues. Manage customer portals. Communicate regularly with relevant Product and Supply Chain team members regarding account needs and updates. Support tooling invoicing and related customer billing activities. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies Strong sales operations, reporting, and data analysis skills Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and pricing support Proficiency in Excel and customer/ERP systems Knowledge of EDI, customer portals, and order management processes Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and customer/ERP systems. Experience working with customer portals, ERP systems, or EDI processes. Preferred Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment. Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and pricing support. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits:
