Job Description Five Marketing is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Durham, NC. This position is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, and looking to build real-world experience in sales, customer communication, leadership, and business development. In this role, you will work directly with customers, represent client campaigns professionally, and learn a structured sales process through hands-on training. No previous sales experience is required. We are looking for candidates who have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate confidently with new people. This is an entry-level opportunity with room for growth for individuals who are willing to learn, stay consistent, and take initiative. Responsibilities Represent client campaigns in a professional manner Speak with customers face-to-face Learn and apply a structured sales and customer service process Build product knowledge and communication skills Work with team leaders and managers to improve performance Participate in daily training and development meetings Help generate new customer interest and support client growth Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and team members Qualifications Strong communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable speaking with new people Reliable and professional Goal-oriented mindset Ability to work well in a team environment Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or restaurant experience is helpful but not required Manager Training Program Five Marketing offers a hands-on Manager Training Program for team members who show strong performance, consistency, and leadership potential. The program is designed to develop individuals from entry-level roles into future leadership and management positions within the company. Trainees learn the fundamentals of sales, customer acquisition, team leadership, recruiting, training, campaign management, and client relations. As team members progress, they gain more responsibility in coaching new representatives, helping with team development, and assisting in day-to-day operations. Our goal is to provide clear growth opportunities for individuals who are willing to work hard, take feedback, and develop the skills needed to lead a team. We are looking for motivated candidates who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
