Position Overview:
The Dedicated Account Coordinator supports the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating customer orders and contracts, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role also assists with sales forecasting, monitors account collections, and provides insights to improve sales performance and support marketing initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Communicate effectively with customers, provide information about products and services, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and targets.
- Coordinate and process customer orders, and all new contracts for permanent new business, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor collections for all permanent accounts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities and report those potential strategies to your direct manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Organizational Skills :
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and deadlines, with attention to detail.
Effective Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles and collaborating with internal teams.
Sales Software and CRM Tools :
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking leads, maintaining records, and reporting.
Sales Knowledge and Experience :
Familiarity with the sales cycle and an understanding of sales principles and strategies.
Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Experience :
Preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
- Marketing experience is strongly preferred .
